- Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. We are still open to delivering orders even on weekends or holidays.
- High-Volume Notice: If we experience an unusually high order volume, shipments may be delayed by up to 48 hours. Should there be a longer delay, we’ll reach out by email or phone.
- Working Hours
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 6 PM EAT.

- Local Delivery (Nairobi)
Once your order is confirmed, our dedicated courier brings it right to your door.

- Flat-rate delivery of Kshs 350 to addresses outside the CBD. (Your exact fee, based on distance from the city Centre, will be confirmed at checkout.)

Heading beyond Nairobi or Mombasa? We’ve partnered with leading couriers (e.g., G4S, Wells Fargo) to deliver to every county:
- A small additional fee applies, calculated at checkout, to ensure safe, on-time arrival.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
If your delivery is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected arrival date. We’ll either resend your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund—your choice.
