Refund and Return Policy

At House of Colognes and Perfumes, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return most items within the timeframes and under the conditions described below.

  1. Return Window
  • Standard items: You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of the delivery date.
  1. Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, and documentation must be included.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging are not eligible.

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions for shipping.
  1. Return Shipping & Fees
  • Customer-paid returns: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Free returns: We offer prepaid shipping labels for defective products or items sent in error.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for valid returns.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
  1. Exchanges & Store Credit
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different scent or size, simply indicate this when you request your RMA.
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we can issue you a store credit valid for 12 months.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used perfumes, colognes, or body sprays.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
